Gluten-free preparation +
Our gluten-free bases come from a supplier, and all our pizza toppings are gluten-free. We change gloves, cook your pizza on a dedicated gluten-free pan, and use dedicated gluten-free utensils and a cutting board.
Eating in? Your pizza comes with a gluten-free marker. Taking it home? Look for the gluten-free sticker on the box. No marker or sticker? Don’t accept it. Let us know straight away.
We share our kitchen and preparation area with wheat-based dough, so cross-contact is possible. If you have coeliac disease, please have a chat with us before you order.

Do I need to book?+
We recommend booking ahead for Friday and Saturday evenings. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. Call 07 3844 4636 to book, including outside tables. Groups of eight or more should book ahead.
Where can I park?+
There’s plenty of street parking on Gladstone Road and the surrounding streets. Check parking signs when you arrive.
When is the kitchen open?+
Tuesday to Sunday, 4–9 pm. The kitchen closes at 9 pm and we’re closed on Mondays.
What’s Stone & Brew like?+
A relaxed neighbourhood beer bar focused on pizza and beer. Expect generously loaded pizzas, rotating taps and a bottled and canned range with plenty of Belgian favourites.
Can I get a gluten-free base?+
Yes. Please read our gluten-free preparation information on the food menu and tell the team about your dietary requirements before ordering. We use a shared kitchen, so cross-contact is possible.
Do you have vegan and dairy-free options?+
Yes. We can make pizzas with entirely vegan or dairy-free ingredients. Chicken toppings used on pizzas and calzones may contain traces of milk, including when dairy cheese is replaced. Tell us what you need and we’ll help you choose the right base, toppings and cheese alternative. See our dietary options
Is your kitchen nut-free?+
Yes, we run a nut-free kitchen. If you have a food allergy, please tell the team before ordering so we can check ingredients and discuss preparation. We also handle dairy and wheat-based dough.
Are children welcome?+
Absolutely. Families are welcome, and we have highchairs available.
Can I bring my dog?+
Yes—dogs are welcome at our outside tables. We’re happy to provide a water bowl, too.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?+
Our outside seating is accessible, but there are steps into the indoor area. We don’t have an accessible toilet. Please call if you’d like to discuss access before visiting.
Can I order takeaway or delivery?+
Call 07 3844 4636 to order for collection, or order through Uber Eats. Our own online ordering is coming soon.
Can I bring my own wine?+
Yes—we allow BYO wine, with corkage of $10 per bottle.
Can I bring a birthday cake?+
Yes—there’s no cakeage fee. Cakes must be strictly nut-free, as we run a nut-free kitchen. Please let the team know when booking.
